You’ll find luxurious interiors with relaxed contemporary styling and furniture alongside gorgeous traditional features, wooden floors and beams. There’s heaps of space in the open-plan kitchen/diner, with quartz worktops and a wine fridge, a central island with stools, and a Smart TV. Enjoy your creations at the dining table next to the bi-fold doors, then head through to the lounge, where there’s a Smart TV and a flame-effect electric fire.

Three of the four plush bedrooms are on the ground floor: two super-king-size zip-and-link bedrooms which share the family bathroom and one super king size bedroom with en-suite shower room. the master bedroom is up the oak staircase, a super-king-size with a dressing room and en-suite shower room. One of the ground-floor bedrooms has a sofa bed – ideal for a young child, and there’s also a utility room with a washer/dryer and separate WC.

Outside, is a large flagstone patio with amazing views, fully enclosed fenced gardens, a BBQ, and bike storage. Wander to the Thornton Watlass for a drink and a warm welcome at the village pub (2 miles), and head to Thornton Steward Reservoir (3 miles) for a walk, you can also go fishing and sailing.

Visit the vibrant market town of Masham, home to two breweries and a gin distillery (4 miles). Take a ride on the heritage Wensleydale Railway from Leeming Bar station (7.5 miles) and explore the Yorkshire Dales (3 miles) on foot or by bike.
