At the spacious dining table, tuck into celebratory meals or start fun board games that extend till the end of your stay. The kitchen, equipped with a range-style oven and a breakfast bar, opens up to a gorgeous Mediterranean-style garden patio through bi-fold doors.

Locally, you can savour the taste of locally sourced seafood (including Bridlington’s famed lobster) at eateries 300 metres away. For a scenic afternoon out, visit Sewerby Hall (2 miles), a Grade I-listed Georgian country house set in 50 acres of landscaped gardens.

Or walk to Flamborough Head (6 miles) to admire the lighthouse and panoramic views – if you’re lucky you may spot seals and breeding birds that visit the cliffs during spring and summer. The beach at North Landing (5.5 miles) is ideal for rock pooling and paddling.
