This family-friendly accommodation is ideal for enjoying the extensive on-site facilities, along with direct access to an expansive, beautiful sandy beach.
There is a comfortable sitting room with a dining area and French doors opening onto a small private patio, just perfect for a morning coffee in the sunshine. The separate kitchen caters for all needs and includes an icemaking machine and slow cooker, while upstairs are two bedrooms, with the double having an additional TV, a dressing area and a double wardrobe for convenience.
The second bedroom has one small double and one single bed. Outside are extensive communal grounds with two lakes, barbecues and picnic areas for guests to enjoy, while the popular pub and cafe are just a five-minute walk. On the complex is a leisure centre with a large indoor heated swimming pool, children's pool, sauna and steam room, which guests have unlimited access to.
Outdoor pursuits include tennis courts, a fishing lake and putting green, or why not relax with a beauty treatment whilst the children partake in a snorkelling lesson? A pleasant stroll brings you to a glorious beach, whilst the traditional charm of Filey will not fail to please, with its pretty promenades, colourful beach huts and unique coble landing for fishing boats.
Go rockpooling and crabbing on Filey Brigg, take an exhilarating clifftop walk or visit the nearby animal farm. A little further along the coast lies Flamborough Head and Bempton RSPB Reserve, abounding with nesting seabirds on the chalk cliffs, including puffins in the summer months, a sight not to be missed.
