Robin Hood's Bay 2 miles. An attractive, stone-built, semi-detached barn conversion, situated in the hamlet of High Normanby, 2 miles from the old fishing village of Robin Hood's Bay. This single-storey cottage has been sympathetically restored and renovated, providing a wonderful mix of character charm and modern amenities, and being tastefully furnished and decorated, this welcoming cottage makes a wonderfully cosy, romantic retreat.
Outside, a raised, decked area is the ideal spot to sit and enjoy a drink and relax, while enjoying views over the countryside towards Whitby. From here, explore the many public footpaths in the area, including the famous Coast to Coast trail, and delight in the treasures of Robin Hood's Bay with its smuggling history, quaint tumbling cottages and traditional tea rooms.

One of the most picturesque villages on the beautiful English coastline, the Yorkshire village of Robin Hood's Bay delights visitors with its quaint cottages, bubbling beck, narrow cobbled streets and sandy beach. All visitors will love the beach and its cliff top walks, whilst more serious climbers can enjoy the many long distance trails that pass through the town such as the Cleveland Way, the Lyke Wake Walk and the Coast to Coast walks.
The village is located between two thriving seaside destinations – Whitby and Scarborough, which each offer amusements, beaches, shops, pubs and restaurants. Robin Hood's Bay itself also offers good amenities, including shops, restaurants pubs and an ice cream parlour.
