A superb, detached stone cottage set on the edge of the owner's farm in the North Yorkshire village of Hinderwell, one mile from the coast. With a pretty chocolate box exterior, step inside this beautiful Hinderwell cottage to a contemporary open plan living space, perfect for a luxurious, relaxing romantic break.
Fully renovated, this Hinderwell cottage retains some original features, with stripped wooden floors, exposed timbers and a stable door, but has been modernised with a designer kitchen, glass dining table and high quality fixtures and fittings, all beautifully styled. The spacious sitting area in your Yorkshire cottage boasts comfortable seating, whilst a rear door leads to an enclosed decked patio, complete with hot tub - an absolute delight to sit and relax in with a glass of bubbly at the end of the day! Close by are the old fishing villages of Runswick Bay and Staithes, with their cobbled, narrow streets and sandy beaches, rich with fossils and rock pools.
Enjoy a bracing cliff-top walk on the Cleveland Way or visit the seaside town of Whitby with its imposing abbey, many independent shops and famous fish and chips. With the stunning North York Moors National Park on the doorstep and numerous attractions such as the steam railway at Grosmont, this Hinderwell cottage pleases everyone.
