Situated near the Howardian Hills National Landscape and the North York Moors, it's a perfect base for couples seeking a rural and relaxing retreat with a furry companion or two.
Step into your new home away from home to find a pleasantly-decorated sitting room with plush sofas to cuddle up on as you watch TV or lose yourself in a book from the library's collection. Moving further into the property, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen/diner with everything you need to cook up a feast to enjoy with your loved one around the dining table or out in the furnished courtyard when the weather is warm.
Then, as the evening winds down, relax with a nice hot shower before catching your rest between the soft and freshly-washed linens of the double bed. Wake up bright and early the following morning and start off your day with a mouthwatering full English breakfast at The Wentworth Arms pub or head into the town centre and enjoy some freshly-baked pastries and coffee at The Patisserie Malton.

The market town of Malton has been the historic centre of Ryedale since Roman times, and has many interesting buildings including the old Corn Exchange and Assembly Rooms. A weekly general market is still held in the town, as well as livestock and farmers’ markets. The Yorkshire Moors are to the north, and the Yorkshire Wolds are to the south, making it excellent countryside for walkers and cyclists.
