Renovated to a very high standard, this delightful holiday cottage boasts a great deal of personality and charm, with a blend of original features and modern fixtures and fittings.

The ground floor layout is spacious and charming with exposed beams and stonework throughout, and the main sitting room is cosy and warm with an open fire providing a lovely place to relax, enjoy a tipple and reflect on the day’s outing. The snug, just off the kitchen, provides a lovely open fire for those cold winter nights.

A spacious kitchen with bespoke furniture and breakfast area, along with a separate dining room overlooking the mature garden, complete the ground floor layout. Upstairs, the main bedroom is stylish and comfortable. A pretty double bedroom, a single bedroom with pull-out stacker bed and a useful single room ensure flexible sleeping arrangements for any group.

Outside is a beautiful private garden with mature flower beds, sitting areas and a grassed paddock, ideal for ball games and the odd game of family rounders. Surrounded by outstanding countryside, the walking and cycling opportunities are endless, and the charming town of Richmond with its Norman castle, cobbled market place, Georgian Theatre and the abbey is within easy reach, as are Aysgarth Falls, Bowes Museum, Semerwater and Hardraw Force.
