Upon entering the property, you will be greeted by an inviting sitting room, complete with a warming woodburning stove and a TV, perfect for those relaxing evenings in. The kitchen/diner is well-equipped with everything you need to whip up delicious meals, which can be enjoyed at the dining table. As the day draws to a close, retire to one of the two welcoming bedrooms.
The double bedroom benefits from an en-suite with a basin, heated towel rail, and WC, offering a private space to freshen up. The twin bedroom is equally as inviting while housing a handy utility cupboard with washing machine and tumble dryer, perfect for those longer stays. A separate bathroom, complete with a bath, shower over, basin, and WC, serves the bedrooms.

Lying on Yorkshire's spectacular Heritage Coastline, Sandsend is the ideal place for a family holiday with its award-winning, wide sweeping beaches, rock pools and dramatic cliffs. Indeed, this part of the coastline is known locally as the Dinosaur Coast because of the many fossils found here. Children will enjoy damming the little beck where it crosses the beach to form a freshwater lagoon - great (and safe) for paddling and boating! For the more energetic the village sits on the lovely long distance Cleveland Way Trail, which offers great off-road cycling along the disused coastal railway as well as breathtaking clifftop walks.
The National Trust now own the nearby headland, Sandsend Ness, where there is a delightful nature trail in the old quarry pits. A special place offering something for everyone!
