Go inside via the veranda into the light and spacious kitchen/diner, equipped with everything you need to rustle up tasty meals and a rustic table and chairs for enjoying them.

Kick back in the lounge with comfy sofas, a Smart TV and DVD, a cosy wood burner, wood flooring, and large windows and French doors letting in the light and garden views. The super-king-size (or twin) bedroom is also on the ground floor, with a wardrobe and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom, a cosy king-size room with a dressing table and en-suite shower room, is on the first floor.

Outside, there’s a decked veranda with garden furniture and a BBQ, the perfect spot to sit and watch wildlife. There’s an enclosed orchard and formal gardens to explore, and bike storage. Go out for walks and bike rides from the door through the nearby countryside and cycle some of the Moor to Sea cycle network.

Walk to Sawdon Beck in one direction (2 miles) and Raptor View in the other (1.5 miles), and go fishing, wild swimming, kayaking and have a go at all sorts of exciting activities at North Yorkshire Water Park (7.5 miles).
