With Primrose Valley and beautiful sandy beaches on your doorstep, 2 Perran Court is a admirable spot for your next trip to the North Yorkshire coast, just south of Filey. Step into the homely setting where you will find a cloakroom with WC, and a well-equipped kitchen so the dedicated chef can rustle up an evening meal or prepare a beachfront picnic.
Moving through the property, there is also a living/dining room where guests can cuddle up in front of the electric fire as they enjoy their favourite shows or gather round the dining table to toast to a wonderful holiday.
