The property opens up to an entrance hall, which leads into the contemporary living room with an electric fire. There is a modern kitchen, with high-quality fittings and appliances ideal for home cooking and a dining area with seating for sixe3.
It has laminate flooring throughout the property and is perfect for both friends and families. There are two double bedrooms, and a twin bedroom, all with their own TV. It also has a garage, which can be used for storing bikes and surfboards. The property is a twenty minute walk from the Whitby Beach and the town centre, with many shops and restaurants. You could visit the ruins of gothic Whitby Abbey, which was the inspiration for Bram Stoker’s ‘Dracula’, or venture towards the 199 steps, which boast magnificent views across the harbour and town once at the top.
Further afield, are the heather-clad moors and limestone scars, an excellent sightseeing opportunity. La Rochelle is a well-presented bungalow in a convenient Yorkshire location.
