There is also a sun room overlooking the rear garden, with dining table and chairs.
Downstairs is a cloakroom with WC and wash basin, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and a boot room with fridge/ freezer and small table with chairs. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, a charming double bedroom, a twin bedroom with sea views and a single bedroom.
