Settled within the beautiful development of Whitehall Landing you will find this gorgeous second-floor apartment Herons Landing, just a short walk along the harbourside from the cobbled streets of the old town. Idyllically positioned over looking the tranquil waters of the River Esk with views of the boatyard and railway beyond․ In the summer months you will see the old steam trains pulling into Whitby Station․ At low tide the Heron can be seen fishing along the river bank with a host of other sea birds․ Herons Landing is the perfect retreat for couples or up to 4 people to explore the delights of this sought after area․ There is secure allocated undercroft parking (bay 16) where you can access the building via the lift making unloading an easy task.
The interior has been tastefully presented with quality furnishings, offering an open-plan living space featuring a well-appointed kitchen so you can rustle up hearty dinners and light lunches. Take a seat at the dining table and toast to much-needed break with your nearest and dearest before settling down on the sofa and browsing the Smart TV for your favourite series.
