A spacious, townhouse less than five minutes' walk from Skipton's historic high street. This modern cottage is full of character and charm, making an ideal retreat for a family or group of friends. The cottage features an open plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and a warm and a large sofa which can seat all eight guests.
The sleeping accommodation consists of a king-size bedroom on the ground floor accessed via a small room with bunk beds, you will also find a ground floor shower room. On the second floor is a king-size bedroom with en suite shower room, a double bedroom with zip and link beds and another bathroom. Outside this lovely cottage is a balcony which adjoins the open plan living space, ideal for sitting out after a long day exploring the Yorkshire Dales.
Skipton, well known as The Gateway to the Dales, has a medieval castle, canal boat trips, a swimming pool, golf course, excellent cycling routes, tennis courts and a myriad of walks, including easy rambles and challenging fell walks within close proximity of the town. Also close at hand to this Skipton cottage is a wide selection of restaurants, tea rooms and coffee shops for eating out, whilst the traditional market sells fresh produce throughout the year including local cheeses, fish, meats and fresh vegetables.
